I’m Reaching out to you regarding my grocery item return, with my registered mobile number 82*****516 and registered email address roysh****25**@gmail.com.
I ordered 13 items Rs.1639 for which I received 27 items (Related to snacks only multiple product of same item) completely wrong item was for what I ordered.
It’s delivered to me on Saturday, 20 August 2022 since it got delivered I am continuously in contact with Flipkart customer care centre but no resolution has yet provided moreover my account also got blocked no solution for that as well.
I continuously receive new deadline over and over again but no response yet.
My account got blocked it’s been two weeks now I haven’t received any mail and I am continuously calling since then to send me an email again but I haven’t got any response from your end I have a gift card balance of 4500 in my account which I again cannot access.
Am I being wrong here for returning those wrong item that was delivered because its my account i.e. hampered. Was this information helpful? |
