There was a white willow order that was placed in flipkart which was delivered around 2nd august/3rd august. However, instead of 2 orders there was 1 order that was received. I tried calling for a week regarding the details of order, however sometime they accepted and some time they rejected and didnt respond properly. If account history is viewed, then it hasnt happened with one order but has happened with many orders. Few of them includes kadhai where I was told "kadhai aa gai hai kaafi h". They record the calls for training and quality purpose and I dont have recording. Request you to please verify and help me with the same.
Post blocking of account, all the orders they have deleted which is illegal and unethical./ All the excuses of technical fault are provided with seller responded "Article is intact".
