[Resolved]  Flipkart — account blocked because of excessive return requests

My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) has been blocked saying that there have been too many return requests.

I enquired them (Over phone, chat & email) to tell me about what return requests they are talking about but they have given me no answer about anything.in the last 6 months, there has been 2 return requests only (As per my memory) and i have ordered so many items. I can't give the exact figure as i have been logged out from everywhere and it has become super difficult for me to even contact flipkart.

Every time they say that my issue has been escalated but nothing happens. They just repeat the same statement without even seeing what has been asked. I have attached pics showing a series of emails with three exact same replies from 3 different flipkart executives before they stopped responding. It has been 5 days since the last reply and i don't know what i should do now.

Hi, We are sorry to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.

I have been getting this reply for like ever. Tell me what are those returns that u are talking about. Also how do u quantify unusually high number of returns?

And what happened to the easy return policy of flipkart.

What will happen to the 2200 plus coins that I still have (because of all the huge number of orders placed and not returned)

I have been waiting for a reply other than the one I got up( which i have got like 10 times on mails and calls).

Even here I am not getting any response.
