Flipkart — account blocked by company

Hello sir/mam, my account with another number ([protected]) is blocked for some past months. I am your valuable plus member also and i asked you to unblock my account many time but i didn’t get any good response from your side. Now i’m requesting again for unblocking of my account. So kindly please resolve my issue.
