I am a valuable Flipkart Plus Premium customer since years. I shopped many products
on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the September, October, November and December months of 2022. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but seller has cancelled products return requests many times then after return time period over.
Then I called to customer care and return requests generated by them but again same thing happened products was not replaced. Again 2nd time I contacted to customer care and again they generated return requests but again 3rd time products seller has cancelled the ordrer many times then my flipkart account get blocked. When i reach to customer care via call they told me that you have made higher no of returns in few days so your account has blocked.
Now I want to tell you that 5-6 times (4-5 times myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account, reason I already mentioned above So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have wallet balance and more than two thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again
request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.
