Flipkart — Account blocked for raising return

My account is blocked stating that high number of returns being detected. The high number of returns will be for whoom who have ordered high orders. They Didn't have mentioned anything like you can't return more than this much, so why was it blocked. I request you to please tell them to unblock the same. I am neither reselling product nor am i fraud.

Hi, I agree all the details you have provided in my previous grievance that why my account was blocked and refund of 3 products already provided. Now I want to how to unblock my account. As you have cancelled my remaining return request, so have you ever earlier notified that one cant return more than this quantity. If you have stated that earlier everyone should have followed that. The remaining product. Which i want to return having size issue for 3 of them and 1 of them i got different colour product twice but its return was rejected thrice saying courier partner saying delivery of product was intact.I agree that packaging was perfect but the product was of differemt colour of same brand. I have provided you requested details for same. So i want my all return request which was cancelled from your to accepted followed by refund of same. Also i need my account to be activated. And please dont give me same explanation which i am since last 4 days why my account was blocked and all return request cancelled. For this you have to notify to the customer earlier that you cant do this not by cancelling their request, account blocking and taking their hard earn money. I have provided earlier grievance snapshot too. Its not some free earn money in this pandemic. We are working in essential services so have some delicacy. So Actiavte my account, and accept my returns and refund my money. Also i have purchased multiple appliances, mobiles and electronic product in last few years which are in warranty so when i need their invoive where should i go. In email i have too much and its really impossible yo search from them. Everyone used to download their invoice from your application when required. Also i have paid one product from gift card of rs. 500 also whose return request was cancelled so i want that money too. So look into this with understanding the deepness of the situation. I am being your customer since 7 years. I have provided my UID and PAN card too as per your request even after that you do this. Its highly unacceptable. So please dont give same response as earlier why it was blacked and all. So provide solution.
