Dear Team,
My account has been blocked on the pretext of 'account security' and alleged irregularities in methods of payment.
This is to confirm that my account is absolutely secured and the transactions are carried out by me. There was an issue with my old SBI card and the company issued a new card subsequently. As a result, there need not be any issue whatsoever.
Moreover, my account history of over a decade is enough proof to show that I had been a loyal Flipkart customer.
If the customer ascertains that there is no issue of account security, isn't it a concern that the company doesn't heed even a dozen reminders?
I reiterate that there was never a malafide intent. The irregularities detected by the system is completely baseless and I am ready to furnish any proof they need with regard to account security.
