I am writing regarding my Flipkart account, which has been blocked or deactivated. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com, and my registered mobile number is [protected].
I have been a regular Flipkart customer for over 12 years now and have placed numerous orders without any issues. However, when I tried logging in to my account today, I got a message saying my account had been blocked.
I am unsure why my account has been deactivated. I have not violated any terms or conditions, to the best of my knowledge. I request that you please look into this matter and reactivate my account as soon as possible.
I have attempted to resolve the issue by emailing [protected]@flipkart.com and calling the customer care number, but have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, I reached out to your social media team on Instagram and Twitter (X), but my request was not addressed.
Flipkart is my preferred shopping destination, and I wish to continue using the platform for all my shopping needs. I would be very disappointed if I could not shop on Flipkart anymore. Please treat this as a high-priority case and reopen my account as soon as possible.
