[Resolved] Flipkart — account blocked unreasonably | |||
My flipkart account had been blocked for quite a long time now. I have had ordered all kinds of things from flipkart and had been a loyal customer for many years. But, one unfaithful day, i've received an email saying, "i've broken some rules or guidelines".. The email implied that i had resell my orders!. I'm still baffled and amazed to this date that flipkart workers or their "algorithm" just assumed that i'd bothered to resell their products!. Had i purchased products of my opposite gender? Yes. Had i purchased the same product more than once? Maybe. But, that doesn't mean, i am reselling what i've already bought from the app. I hope that this concern to be dealt with professionally and reasonably. I do hope that my old conversation with the flipkart representative at the time of the incident be pulled out from their system and narrate it to those unprofessional indian workers as well.
