Flipkart — Account blocked without any information - no update from Flipkart on the same

My Flipkart account was blocked of 17th October 2021. I have tried reaching to the customer care by all means. I was told that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours but I have not received any update yet. I have some pending paid orders from the same accout and I am not able to manage them. When I am trusting a service I should atleast receive some information on what went wrong and when will it be fixed. How can you treat a customer like this. I have been using Flipkart for around 10 years now and have ordered tons of stuffs from that account. If you behave like this with your customers next time onwards we will have to give it a thought.
