My account was blocked without any prior communication citing any issues however after reaching out CUSTOMER care, they have mentioned the reason below -
We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
I really don't understand on what basis they have actioned since I'm having good purchase history and hardly any returns. On my account, 3200 super coins are left unutilized and also I'm not able to access the details of my Flipkart Axis CREDit card on app.
This is being the case for many of CUSTOMERs and hardly find any reason why the particular account has been blocked.
This being the case needs to action similar cases and provide exact reason for blocking rather stating ### reasons in a template format.
