[Resolved]  Flipkart — account deactivated without any prior information

About a month ago, I realised I was unable to login to my Flipkart account.
I thought it was a temporary issue, but after 2 weeks, I finally contacted customer care. In reply, I got an automated mail saying that my last order got cancelled due to irregularities in payment method.
Firstly, I have no idea what you mean by "irregular". I have always done prepaid payment via debit card, so I have no idea how that can be termed as irregular payment method.
Secondly, even if that was the case, my issue is with my account login.
Thirdly, if these two incidents are related, then Flipkart doesn't even feel it is necessary to inform the customer that they will block your account if they feel there is some "irregularity" in your activities.

I was a Flipkart Plus member, and now I cannot login nor use my accrued coins/reward points/gift cards. My wishlist & order history etc. are all inaccessible now.

This is highly unexpected, unethical and disturbing action by Flipkart.
Kindly resolve soon.

Hi, We'd like to let you know that your recent order (OD[protected] has been canceled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorized and secure; this is for account security. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
