Flipkart — account got blocked for not intended for personal use

I got a message from flipkart stating that your order has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller, and i got a mail stating that your recent order od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use.
I was unaware that i could not order something for my family as you know older people aren't tech-friendly, so they usually contact me for suggestions and order, but i did not know that if i order something for my relative flipkart is going to block my account. I would circulate my story in social media with others too so they may know about flipkart's policy.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi sohael, We'd like to let you know as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Updated by sohael memon How your system detected it? do you need me to show you every product of yours at my house using it? how can you say that with just systems response have you seen me selling those products at the road or something? please call me so I can give more clarification you cannot block the account when there is already money in my wallet
