Dear Respected Team,
This is regarding Flipkart account blocking when we have amount in wallet.
I have been using Flipkart account from past 3-4 years, I am planning to have purchase something & added money in to my Flipkart account wallet/gift card which Linked with mobile number [protected] & email id : [protected]@gmail.com
But now account is get blocked where I am not able to perform any transactions with that wallet amount which is around 11K.
When i reaches to the customer care services they are saying incident has been raised, But with that incident getting mail saying “We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.“
It’s kind of copy paste mail where I am getting same message always instead of relevant, the same message content has came to me via email from 3 different customer care persons in a day where I replied to that mail saying I am ready to discuss what order are returned from my account since your system showing high number of returns but no response.
Again I have reached to customer care through call & explained everything, This time also they have raised new incident where the same is repeating.
It’s cheating common people with doesn’t have proper system to track & poor customer care services.
They would inform us Atleast before blocking, at that time we get a chance to discuss, with out doing that directly blocking the account when we have a money in it & not responding customer is bad.
These kind of incidents are insulting and hurting a lot to me being a common man & Tax Payer.
