[Resolved] Flipkart — account locked and been charged gst twice on purchases | |
I have registered a complaint on 18 october about being charged gst twice for the gold coin purchase of 2 grams. Customer service promised me that it will be resolved in 72 hrs. Today it has been over 12 days and the issue has still not been resolved additionally i have made several attempts to get this resolved with the customer service but they will either hangup on me or will not transfer my call to resolution dept. Today my account was locked and when i called in to speak with the customer service they said that a resolution team will get back to me in 72 hours. Again a fake promise. I have clearly notified the agent that i take a legal action against flipkart as charging gst twice is a criminal offence and will not be tolerated if not resolved soon. Verified Support Feb 26, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
