[Resolved] Flipkart — account locked with no reason | |||
I have ordered may pair of shoes from flipkart few for my cousin and rest for me. But flipkart says i reselled the products. Without any investigation how can they say that i am reselling it. I am a plus member of flipkart but still this thing has hapened to me. Without any prior investigation how they can say that i am reselling the products that i have purchased from flipkart. Jun 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

I ordered an ASUS LAPTOP on[protected] and received the item on[protected].From the next day onwards it's not working properly.There's some issue with booting.It takes a lot of time to start.Also the system is her slow
