Flipkart — Account login issue/block

Hello sir/ma'am,
I am plus member of flipkart and got my order on 03.09.23 but from that day whenever I m login in through my registered ph no it's showing blocked and asking to send mail to you...but I am getting OTP everytime on my email...please solve this issue and reactivate my account.
