[Resolved]  Flipkart — account suspended without any information

Grievance details : i have subscribed for flipkart first/ plus service, which provide coins on shopping. Due to this i purchased most of needed items for my family from flipkart. And i was about to get 75-80 coins =[protected] ₹ approx (1 coin = 20₹). But suddenly flipkart blocked my account. There was no term and condition that my account will be blocked on purchasing anything. I called them that if you had any problem then you should warn me, or u could cancel my order but what is this??? When there is the time of payment for collected coins, you blocked my account, & there is no term and condition like this. I requested them to unblock my account and pay me for the collected coins but they refused and said we found that u shopping trend is like that u are purchasing for reselling the items. I told that i dont sell, i purchase for me and my family need & there is no such condition what, how and when i do my shopping. You should not have any problem.. I[censored] had then you should warn me or you could cancel my order, but you should not block my flipkart account. They replied in worst behaviour we did it without any information and we dont inform. Its very disappointing. Its a big cheating with customers. My family debit n credit cards are linked to that. And my collected points are stored on flipkart.. Please help me to tackle this out. And charge them for their cheap activity.. Andtell them to activate my account.

Flipkart reverted back to me, and imposing same decision on me.. This is not a proper customer service.. its not a resolution..before taking any action like account block .. You have to have some terms and conditions, you have to inform ur customers.. but flipkart didn't do that. i have to file a case against them if they don't active my account... its consumer right .. and u can go through proper reasons..

The customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by the customer are for reselling and not for personal use. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

This is not a correct reason given by seller.. it's a imposing of self decision.
