on dated 10 march 2023, product was delivered on dated 14 march 2023, but shoes delivered, were defective. I raised a compaint on date 17 march 2023 to replace the adidas shoes which was torned and defective. Flipkart told me to send pictures of the product with boxes and bill also. I emailed all the pictures of product. They arranged the pickup and replacement of product on dated 23 march 2023, but wishmaster or delivery guy did not accept the return and told me that he did not replace the product. He denied to replace the product. After that i raised the issue on flipkart. They again arranged the replacement on dated 26 march 2023, but this time also delivery guy (wishmaster) did not replace the product and denied to replace the product. I again contacted Flipkart customer care they give me assurance to solve the problem till 31st march 2023 but they did not resolve the probblem. Again they give me assurance to solve the problem upto 1 april 2023 till 9 PM.
But again they did not solve the replacement problem. Again i contacted the customer care they now give me time upto 5. April 2023. I think they will not solve the problem. Very pathetic and bad service by flipkart. No action has been taken on customer complaints instead used the hardcore money of customer for one month. Was this information helpful? |
