Flipkart — affiliate amount is not received when approved payment crossed 5k

I am using flipkart affiliate program since 2017 and in may 2019 my total approved payment amount crossed 7k, so i have waited 2 months thinking that i will receive the amount in my bank account after 60 days but didn't get any amount or any notification from flipkart.

I have contacted through contact page but still didn't get any response from there also

I request flipkart to take some action regarding this.

Updated by vgaire007 i received an email from support team and they said there Customer Support representative will be reviewing my request and will respond within 24-48 working hours. but its been 10 days and i still didnt get any response from them.

it like they don't care about the affiliate users.
