Flipkart — affiliate commission cut by 45% during payment

Hello, On my flipkart affiliate account, a amount of around rs. 7000 deducted from approved payment but i have only got rs.3885 as gift voucher. What happened to other other 45%? Is flipkart do this kind of cheating with their partner? Please, check the matter and solve it asap. My affiliate id is raktim135 and mail is [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.
