Flipkart — affiliate commission not received

Sir my self siva kumar and my flipkart affiliate id is offer bricks and my email id is offerbricks.[protected]@gmail.com and my approved payments were 6800 and still, flipkart is not processing my affiliate amount and i had dropped several mails and there said will credit at july end but the amount is not credited
