I have recently purchased CARVES Cast Iron Automatic Hob from Flipkart on 10th April-2022 And this product which got delivered to me was defective When I processed for replacement, while showing on your site, you will get the second product delivered the next day, of your product is picked up, from when my defective product was picked, Your tracking details will change its showing it will take 6 to 7 days for delivery, It was not possible to make me wait for so long, I cancelled the product and asked for refund, and I kept following up with the Flipkart team for the refund amount till yesterday, And I came to know yesterday that your Flipkart team has refunded my money in gift card, without my concern and any confirmation of customer.
And when I told your Executive that I want my money in my mode of payment, which i pay trough credit card they said that we will not be able to refund your money in card we have refunded your money in gift card.
Point of my concern
1) How can you give money refund in your gift card without confirmation of the customer.
2) I kept telling your executive that I have to talk to your senior, but he was not ready to transfer my call to anyone he is continually telling me our executive are busy? then I told him to arrange call back to me from your senior butt he has not ready for that also.
My experience with you this time has been very pathetic I will never buy anything from you in my life,
If you do not understand the pain of the customer, then the market is open for the customer.
Reliance Croma and Amazon is there.
Kindly give me solution as soon possible If my concern is not resolve soon I will escalate it social media and consumer court too
