[Resolved]  Flipkart — Agent refusing for doorstep delivery

I have booked boat rockerz Bluetooth earphones and gave the address of my home but today when the date of delivery has arrived the agent is asking me to travel 20kms to receive the product. He called and asked to collect and on saying that I will be complaining to customer care he said he don't care about complaint. This is really disgusting for Flipkart to have such employees working..
