Flipkart — Airline cancelled flight, refund not received till date of last year ticket

I have booked ticket for May 2021from Abu Dhabi- New Delhi vice versa, but airline cancelled the ticket, so they told me they have refunded money already to flipkart, they will refund you. Since more than 4 months i am chasing flipkart over emails and call, But everytime they say me to wait for 3 days, 7 days, 48 hour, 72 hours etc.

I am mentally headup with these people...worst company every
