[Resolved]  Flipkart — Airline refunded a cancelled ticket but Flipkart isn't processing refund

I had booked a ticket (Booking ID: FF[protected]) for 29th March 2021 from Chicago to Chennai. The ticket was booked on 5th March 2021. On the same day, the ticket was canceled within few hours both from Flipkart end and Airindia end. Airindia has already processed the full refund as the ticket was canceled within 24 hours ON 25th March 2021. However, Flipkart is not updating any status not their customer care have any appropriate status. They seem to give a standard reply that a refund will take 120 days. Why should an agent (Flipkart) withhold refunds when the airline has processed the refund. I need my refund back as soon as possible.
