Order ID: OD[protected]
I ordered an apple air pods pro which were delivered to my address on 25th Oct'20 with an empty ironically sealed box.
I spoke to your customer service representative yesterday on this matter. I expected that Flipkart would replace or refund the product, but this has not been the case.
Now, today on 28th Oct'20, I just received an email from Flipkart stating that ---- "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact."
Is this the resolution they have provided to me? I received an empty box with just a cable and earplug, and they are saying that the items were intact?
This is a complete fraud that Flipkart is doing to me. This isn't a resolution. They should check with your seller, they should check with E-kart, why the hell I should be facing this loss and I didn't even have received their services? Their Seller or Ekart are facing the benefits of what the customer has paid, this is completely unfair and un-done. kindly provide me with the replacement or refund immediately when I'm not wrong here, they cannot just deny and taking money from customers without providing them with the intended services. This is COMPLETE FRAUD Flipkart is doing.
I need refund/replacement for this and a justification that how are they looting customers is this the way they run their business?
I need immediate action on this.
