I have ordered ajanta digital wall clock and received on nov 21st and checked that there is the problem in the clock and registered complaint with flipkart on nov 26th and they assured they will return back on 30th nov the product and replace new one by dec 12.

I was waiting till dec 3rd no one has come for pick up and make a call to flipkart customer care and they told it got cancelled and i dont know the reason why?

None of them has intimated about the issue and no updates from their side, they told everything is sent to mail and i have asked my mail id and they updated on wrong mail and i told to correct it also. After that they told again complaint has taken and you will receive call from us by dec 8th.

I got call on dec 6 @12.30 but unfortunately i messed it and till today (Dec 10) i didn't receive any call from them and i spoke to their customer care mr. Anoop and he is telling that its out of policy we cant do anything.

Really i fed up with this answer and i hurt a lot whenever i am calling them. Once i call they will hold it and no proper response no proper communication.

Please help me in this issue and kindly get back my amount.
