I ordered the allie wood sheesham wood solid wood 6 seater dining set for my parents as a christmas gift. The delivery was supposed to be 18 december 2019. After multiple reschedules, they delivered the item on 30th deccember. We contacted flipkart immediately as it needed to be assembed, but they said they will not do it. When we opened the package we found that the item they sent was broken in many places and cracked too. Hence immediately we raised request for return. Then we got an email saying a technician will visit and after that they will accept the return. We waited for so many days and that too they kept rescheduling and later they accepted the return request and flipkart emailed that the item will be picked up and replaced on 23rd january.
They have kept rescheduling soo many times so i asked for a refund becuase of so much wait period and these items are left in my hall which is causing space issues in the house. They keep saying sellar policy is no refund and only replacement is possible.
It has been more than 3.5 months we are behind this order and we cant wait anymore. They still havent replaced and still keeps emailing about rescheduling.
We have a wedding coming up in the family and this is causing mental torture and stress. We dont need the item, just take your item and give our money back.
I have old parents alone at home and they are taking alot of mental stress becuase of these discussions and space issues.
We have called flipkart soo many times to help with this, but they are not helping and they just close the case saying sorry for the inconvenience. My mother fell down and hurt herself due to these big things blocking the walking space. Flipkart should refund and give us compensation. Please help us, its a matter of 3.5 months of no justice. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed on May 16, 2024, for a coffee table from the brand Allie Woods Nia Sheesham (Order ID: OD[protected]. The table was initially delivered on May 31, 2024. Unfortunately, I had to request a replacement due to cracks in the product. The replacement table was delivered on June 20, 2024, but within just five days, the same issue reoccurred, and the table now has multiple cracks.As of today, July 17, 2024, the coffee table is in a worse condition, displaying numerous cracks, which is unacceptable for a new product. According to Flipkart's policy, while there is no return option, the product is covered by a 6-month warranty from the manufacturer. Despite numerous attempts to contact the manufacturer via calls and WhatsApp messages, I have not received any serious action regarding the replacement, installation, or repair of the defective product.I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of response from both Flipkart and the manufacturer. I request that immediate action be taken to resolve this issue. I expect either a prompt replacement of the defective coffee table or a full refund.Please address this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest convenience. I look forward to your prompt response.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
