I mahesh, ordered for smartphone from flipkart website on 24th july, 19.
Order id - od[protected].
Bajaj finserve credit payment is already done also confirmed with flipkart on 26th july.
A customer request/order on website hoping for fast service, as its some urgent requirement. But here is something beyond my hope which i am facing form last 1 week.
Today its 1st august and yet no update even after continuously follow up, i am really surprise to get such kind of service from flipkart team.
Whenever i call your team, they just ask to wait for a day or 2, and by day end i don’t receive any call. I self-have to call follow up for update.
I really want to know is there any one in your team looking after this or tell me know whom should i escalate on this.
It’s not just my patience getting tested, but my time, energy and effort all are impact just for one smartphone order.
Holding a big branch and accepting such service is really unexpected. I am really getting frustrated.
I just want a final update, whether i am going to receive my smartphone or not. Also my emi process can be cancel from your end.
