Flipkart — Amount debited but order was not placed

I had ordered some cloths from flipkart big billion days on 15 Oct 2020 12:26 PM...I had paid money using UPI Paytm app my transaction was successful amount also deducted but my order status is order not placed...till date status is same. I had also contact flipkart but still I can't received my money back...the deducted amount was ₹1601
Please help me I want my money back asap
