[Resolved]  Flipkart — amount debited from bank account but order not placed

I placed an order for a phone worth inr 9499 on flipkart on 20/09/2017.
The payment method was through netbanking.
My bank account was debited but the order placement failed.
Contacted flipkart customer service multiple time providing the bank transaction code but all that they said is the vendor has not received payment.
I would request flipkart to either provide me a refund or deliver the product.

The refund amount was credited back to my bank account 4 days after it was debited on the failed order.
