[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted but order was not placed | |||||
Date of placing order : 5th february, 2018. I placed an order in flipkart and amount was deducted. While paying amount, i also used my gift card worth rs.100 and now i received a message that "your order could not be completed. Refund has been initiated for payment amounting to rs.100" but i actually paid rs.794 including rs.100 gift card. So, wat about my rs.696 which was deducted from my account. Even in orders list, its not showing anything related to this and still these items are showing in cart. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
