Flipkart — Amount deducted but there is no Gift Card sent from Flipkart

I have ordered Flipkart Gift Voucher on 23rd Dec 2021. It was gifted to my colleague as a marriage gift. But the Voucher was not sent to recipient email address and I raised a compliant on the same. It more than 1 month, still there is no resolution or follow-up from Flipkart side. Gift card worth 2500, which was gone in air. I was so frustrated about choosing flipkart.

If I raise this with FlipkartSupport team they will say 24Hours. How many 24 Hours do they required is not sure. Such a bad experience.
