[Resolved] Flipkart — amount deducted twice

I have been ordered a product on 7th october, 2017 from [protected]@yahoo.com mail id.
My order id is od[protected]
According to bank, they want a whole transaction statement for refund the amount which deducted twice.
So, i have been talking to flipkart about this issue for a long time but filpkart are not helping me in this regard.

Hi,
this is the complaint about the flipkart service it is very pathetic and not good,
they misguide the person also delivery is not as promised date.
Customer need to contact multiple time for company.
