[Resolved] Flipkart — amount not refunded and proof not given | |||||
I tried to place an order on 30 may, 2018 but it was not placed successfully.It happened twice and two amounts of ₹14999/- each got debited from my account.When i called them, they told me that merchant has not received the money so you have to contact your bank.Then i contacted the bank and after 20 days they told me that they need proof from flipkart that they didnot received the amount.I called flipkart many times but they are not providing me proof of the same.If you have not received the money, then what is the problem in providing the proof.My registered flipkart no. is [protected].I want my amount back ASAP or proof of the same.
