[Resolved]  Flipkart — amount paid but not received the products ordered

I have paid amount through phone pay and i received transaction id for same also my account has got debited for such amount. Due to flip kart system problem they can’t provide confirmation code which i need to provide for delivery boy.
I have also tried calling to flip kart but satisfactory answer not received from flipkart. Also i requested for cancellation of my order but as per customer care such option is not available with him.

Request you to please help me this issue.
