Flipkart — amount refund not received till now

Kindly refund my amount Rs.414/- i was ordered one sofa set cover it was received different colour it was returned, and ordered replace the item and received damaged condition so i was returned on 20.08.2018, but till now not refund my amount please send my amount please.
