Flipkart And Xiaomi — not following proper exchange protocol

I have a xiaomi mi max 2 mobile which is a year old and i wanted to upgrade my phone to poco f1 from xiaomi as it has a faster processor. All hell broke loose when the courier guy from ekart came to collect the phone, he took the snaps of my mobile and sent it to someone at flipkart. I can say the guy at the other end is incompetent in his job as he said the screen looks like it is popped out and some additional screen is fit on top. When i told the courier guy you are seeing the phone personally it does not show any defect. He again took a video and sent it. The guy called again and asked what is the offer price when he was told it was rs. 14, 600 he again declined saying no the screen looks replaced. When i have never ever been to any phone service center and my mobile never ever had a problem how could he accuse me of replacing the screen. I asked xiaomi customer service people if they have a physical store where in i will show them the phone personally and show that it is in original condition. They said they will help me out and call me back in 4 hours. They did call me to tell me to wait another 48 hours. After 2 days they again called and told me the product has returned and i cannot exchange it. This is a very pathetic type of work procedure. When xiaomi who cares for its customers offers so many mobiles as freebies in competitions, even though i was paying money to upgrade failed to keep up their good work. This had left a bad taste in my mind. Before i used to buy samsung products but i put my trust in this new and upcoming brand and this is how they treat me. Congrats for wasting my time. If you really care for your customer i hope you do something. I am even attaching pictures of my mobile.
