[Resolved] Flipkart — apple airpods | |||
Hi, I have ordered the product on the 1st feb 2018. The package was delivered to me on 2nd feb 2018. When i opened, i found the item missing. The box contained only packaging cover. I immediately contacted flipkart and raised a complaint and opted for a full refund instead of replacement. As promised they called me on 6th feb 2018 and said they need some time and call back after 24-48 hrs. This is a serious waste of time. Now i demand flipkart to provide me more compensation as they delayed the resolution time and for not delivering the product. Appreciate your response. Was this information helpful? | |||
