Flipkart — Apple iphone 6s defective piece | |||
Hello, I had made a purchase of iphone 6s from flipkart on 13/06/2016, i got the delivery on 15/06/2016 and when i had opened the product i found that the product was received in defective. I immediately raised the complaint to the flipkart and raised the request for return and refund. I have been contacting the flipkart call center and was said that will get a call back, but never received the call back and when i ask for the refund they say that the request is been rejected as the seller has not approved the request. Further, on the product page it is clearly mentioned that there is a policy of 10 days replacement policy. Now when i am asking for the refund that also they are not accepting, neither they are replacing my device. Also, when ask them for the reason they say that the reason is not valid. Therefore, i would like to know that spending 60k and getting the faulty device is not a valid reason??? Pls help me in getting my money back as this is really a worst answer i have received as i trusted flipkart to be a good website but no flipkart and its customer service executive sucks..
