I had given an order for purchase of above mentioned phone as against by back scheme. Order ID (OD[protected].The Piece receipt was defective product.
The product was return back from your side mentioned that new product was not in stock. After one week I had received refund amount as I paid.

Till date I had not received amount of Rs.6200/- credited against my Phone which was taken by you as against by back.

From last two month I am talking with your Officer but not give me answer How I can get my Refund or Back or mobile back.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he gave alternate email id rame****@***.coop
but unable to send detail hence reset pin done and giving detail manually on call. Customer asked to call after 1 hr hence followup set.
