I had ordered apple macbook air from flipkart on 4/10/2016. Order id is od[protected] I received my order on 19/10/2016 when i opened the macbook it was a used one and not even in warranty. The serial no behind the macbook and on the bill is different Serial no behind macbook- C02pva9jg940 Serial no on the bill- C02r9b6hg940 I am repeatedly lodging a complaint with flipkart they are calling me back but they are refunding nor replacing.
