My order id isOD[protected] I have ordered for Apple watch 3 42 mm GPS. Delivered product was a duplicate watch. When I complaint they said replacement will be done. Again replacement done and save duplicate watch was delivered. Now she em I complained again regarding duplicate watch, thrive they have cancelled return and refund request and they keep shifting the date for resolving my case without any calls and emails. I need my money back. They are not responding now. Please help me to get my money back.
