Order ID - OD[protected]. I ordered Apple's watch on[protected] which I received on[protected] but there was no watch in the box and the apple packet was open there was an old watch with a chain inside it. Then I talked to Apple. So the serial number of the watch was sent to us, somewhere, someone was using it on[protected], then I gave proof to you, then your Kansan team checked and then shipped my watch on[protected]. Gaya o bhi clock i did not deliver then towards you Shipped again from 29-72019 but no delivery yet, nor did I get a refund

[protected] को ऑडर्र िकया था जो की[protected] को मुझे िमला लेिकन बॉक्स में वॉच नहीं था और ऐपल का पैके ट खुला हुआ था उसके अंदर कोई चेन वाली पुरानी घड़ी थी जो मैं आप को िवडीओ भेजा था िफर मैं ऐपल से बात िकया तो जो सीिरयल नम्बर का घड़ी हमको भेजा गया था ओ कहीं पर[protected] को ही कोई यूज कर रहा था तब मैं आप को प्रूफ़ िदया था तब आप की काँसन टीम जाँच की िफर मेरा घड़ी[protected] को िशप िकया गया ओ भी घड़ी मुझे नहीं िडलेवरी हुआ िफर आप को कॉल िकया तब आप की तरफ़ से[protected] को िफर से भेजा गया लेिकन अभी तक ओ िडलेवरी नहीं हुआ। िफर मेरा[protected] को अकाउं ट बन्द कर िदया गया जब मैं आप से बात िकया की आप मेरा अकाउंट बन्द क्यों हुआ तो आप बोल रहे है िक आप वापस ज़्यादा िकए है इस िलए अकाउंट बन्द कर िदया गयाहैलेिकनऐसाकुछभीनहींहैमैं ज़्यादावापससमाननहींिकयाहै! आप से िनवेदन है िक आप मेर घड़ी का पैसा वापस किरए नहीं तो मेरे पास न्यायालय िज़ला उपभोक्ता फ़ोरम में जाने के अलावा दूसरा कोई िवकल्प अब बचा नहीं है !

Updated by Deepak1190 Sir, the first thing I have not done much return, if you feel that I have made more returns, then there was a problem in it, anyway you have not done any maintenance that if you will return more then your account will be closed sir Whether to start the account or not, but the watch we did not get, you can refund it, your team has also checked that the watch is not found!

सर पहली बात मैं ज़्यादा return किया नहीं हूँ यदी आप को लगता है की मैं ज़्यादा रिटर्न किया हूँ तो उसमें कोई प्रोब्लम थी वैसे भी आप कही मेन्सन नहीं किए है की आप ज़्यादा रिटर्न करे गे तो आप का अकाउंट बंद कर दिया जाएगा सर आप मेरा अकाउंट चालू करे या ना करे लेकिन जो घड़ी हमें मिला ही नहीं आप उसका रीफ़ंड करे आप की टीम ने भी जाँच किया है कि घड़ी मिली नहीं है !
