[Resolved] Flipkart — aqfit smart watch: return rejected without reason, delaying resolution | |||
I have purchased a smart watch (Make & model: aqfit w8) from flipkart on 29apr'19 (Order id: od[protected]. I charged the product for 3 hours after which the display read "updating ui resource". I checked after 4 hours & noted that it continued to show the same message. I left it untouched and even after 24 hours, it shows the same message. I raised a return request (Return id:[protected]) on 04may'19 & received a mail from flipkart which stated that "our representative will contact you soon." which never happened. Surprisingly, when i opened the flipkart app to check the section "my orders", it showed that my return request was rejected unilaterally by flipkart, without them ever contacting me or trying to understand what is wrong with the product. Subsequently, i raised a second return request (Return id:[protected]) & i was promised that the issue would be resolved by 10may'19. On the night of 09may'19, i received another message stating, "we are sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue & request you to provide time till 11may'19." After enduring all this, flipkart sent me a message stating that "the seller is unable to fulfill your replacement request.' I want a fully functional product as replacement for a dysfunctional product sold to me by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
