Hello flipkart, I ordered from flipkart and i have had the worst experience of my life. I ordered jbl t250si wired headphone from your website on around 26 nov, 2018 and my product was to be delivered on 12nov 2018. As i was awaiting the product to be delivered i received your message stating the shipment has been cancelled. I am so surprised that how can they do it, i am a regular customer in flipkart but now it seems that its a worst service because i was waiting for the product to gift it but now... Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was not delivered, however, the status has been updated as delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed customer that courier service provider has updated the status wrongly. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order for the same product. Closing the complaint from our end.
