Clear cut case of fraudulent practice carries out by seller retailnet and flipkart wrt order no-od[protected] To All senior concerned officials flipkart And retailnet This is the worst practice that a reputed online seller and site can carry out where they violatec the basic trust of a loyal customer purely because of their greed and on top of that defend their unilateral action of cancelling a confirned order by issuing lies in justification. This is wrt to above mentioned order where during valentine day sale i ordered the aisic sports shoe as per the price and availability offered by the seller using the additional discount on my hdfc card and i was promised Delivery within 2days by 16th feb - thus was supposed to be a valentine days gift to me by my wife!!! Now to my utter dismay and disappointment - flipkart has arbitrarily and unilaterally cancelled my order citing nonavailabilty of item with seller retailnet as the reason Now this lie has been clearly exposed as on checking - the item is definitely available currently but at a higher price and of course now there is no additional card offer which i had availed!!! This is unprofessional and unacceptable and as i have suffered both financially and mentally due to this harassment i demand compensation and apology from both the seller and flipkart. I am a old and loyal customer of flipkart (As my account will show) but i am shocked at this attitude. Being a senior professional i expect professional services from a reputed seller like flipkart. I am attaching relevant proof that the item is still available with the seller but they have cancelled my order purely for the reason that they are now selling it at a higher price thus compelling a genuine customer to buy at a higher price now. Thus is fraudulent and unfair trade practices and should be not be allowed. If there is no satisfactory resolution i will be compelled to escalate the matter both on social media platform exposing flipkart and also legally if necessary These are the proofs that nail your lie 1) your reason for cancelling my order unilaterally Image1.
