[Resolved]  Flipkart — Asking for Id proof for return of product

Ordered grocery items from Flipkart. As there was issue with 2 items, I raised a complaint regarding them. Now for the return of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. What fo th verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery personnel. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?

As discussed with the team, the seller has initiated a refund of amount Rs. 92.0/- and Rs 38.0/- back to your source on 04 Oct 20, . This refund will reflect within 08 Oct 20, as per standard banking procedures.

In case, you do not receive your refund as mentioned, please get in touch with your bank's customer support and check the status.

This is regarding return of Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G haing Return ID[protected].

The return request have been rejected multiple times and intentionally delayed by the seller. Now flipkart is asking for identity proof in which they specifically mentioned adhar card/voter id/driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neee for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal and approve ita flipkart pay latter facility in my account. Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.

Please see flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for return approval despite have flipkart plus account with flipkart pay latter facility.

I ordered "Pigeon favourite IC 1800 induction cooktop"(1549/- rupees), which got delivered
to me on 21st September. The product received in a completely used
condition with stains all over & it also has internal parts broken ( the
noise can be heard easily). The packaging provided was only the induction
box with no additional layer of safety or fragile mark on the box ( very
highly likely the product is damaged in transit, and it appeared to be a
used product).

Now it's 7 days and the return policy is about to breach. Flipkart is asking me to share the photo Id proof, both sides images and I expressed my denial in sharing my id proof. But the customer support told me that the return will be rejected if I dnt share my id proof. I have shared my aadhaar but still I feel I secure. Please help me in getting my refund and file my complaint that my id proof is not misued

My order ID is - OD[protected] and box 📦 was not properly closed at the time of delivery. Ask delivery boy so he said sometimes its happened if something wrong you can connect to support. When I checked the inside Apple packing - it has only Brand Documents and not having MagSafe charger. Raise complaint to support so they asking my ID proof however I have shared whole Masked Aadhar card with Virtual VID for my safety as per Govt guidelines. But they denied to consider it and reject my claim of replacement/refund. I am asking to Flipkart- what do you want. First you stole my product in between warehouse to delivery and then harassing me for asking ID proof like I steal this. This is not a matter of ₹ 4500/- this is a matter of faith in online shopping.
