[Resolved]  Flipkart — Asking me to cancel the order after one week of placing the order

I have ordered a TV on Flipkart. Its showing me approved. After one week when I am inquiring on status they are asking me to cancel the order because Flipkart cannot approve it. What does this mean. Why was the order accepted at first place. I could have ordered at snapdeal which was providing almost at the same price. This is cheating by Flipkart. How can they ask me to cancel the order after one week. I want a penalty if the order cannot be delivered by Flipkart.
